3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders for in-stock items placed before 12 PM UTC+3 (excluding weekends and public holidays) are processed on the same business day.
• We offer a variety of shipping options including standard and expedited services. Shipping fees are calculated based on order total and destination.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

• Art of Cardz (AOC) takes great care in inspecting, packaging, and dispatching all products to ensure they leave our premises in excellent condition. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. AOC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or mishandling that may occur during transit.

• Additionally, international shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities. AOC is not responsible for any actions taken by customs officials, including but not limited to the opening, repackaging, delay, seizure, or damage of items during inspection.

• Customers are advised to contact the shipping provider directly regarding transit-related claims and to consult their local customs authority for information on import procedures, duties, and regulations.

• For pre-orders requiring a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid by the release date. Cancellation requests for pre-orders may incur a fee and will be processed as store credit only.
