• The Art of Cardz reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing discrepancies, inventory issues, or other concerns beyond our control.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders for in-stock items placed before 12 PM UTC+3 (excluding weekends and public holidays) are processed on the same business day.

• Thursday & Friday Delivery Schedule: Please note that all orders placed between Thursday at 6:00 PM and Friday at 6:00 PM (Qatar Time) will be delivered on Saturday evening only. We kindly request customers to consider this delivery schedule before placing their orders. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• We offer a variety of shipping options including standard and expedited services. Shipping fees are calculated based on order total and destination.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

• Art of Cardz (AOC) takes great care in inspecting, packaging, and dispatching all products to ensure they leave our premises in excellent condition.

• Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

• AOC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or mishandling that may occur during transit.

• Additionally, international shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities.

• AOC is not responsible for any actions taken by customs officials, including but not limited to the opening, repackaging, delay, seizure, or damage of items during inspection.

• Customers are advised to contact the shipping provider directly regarding transit-related claims and to consult their local customs authority for information on import procedures, duties, and regulations.

• In the event of a product shortage or delay, we will notify you promptly and provide available alternatives or refund options as applicable.

5. Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders allow you to secure a product before its official release date. By pre-ordering, you agree that the purchase is binding and that your item will ship on the designated release date.
• For pre-orders requiring a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid by the release date. Cancellation requests for pre-orders may incur a fee and will be processed as store credit only.
